Tracy L. Turner, Of Counsel to Coffin Law, LLC. Mrs. Turner, who is based in Ohio, has several years of experience in employment-related litigation in federal and state courts throughout the country, before state and federal administrative agencies and before arbitrators. While much of her earlier experience has revolved around employment discrimination cases, wage and hour litigation, workplace intentional torts, non-compete cases, and WARN Act litigation; in recent years she has also found great success and vocation in litigation involving product liability, personal injury, education law, and contract disputes. Mrs. Turner was selected for the Ohio Rising Stars' List in 2012.
